Usage data: listings you view, engagement analytics, device identifiers, and approximate location derived from the postcode you enter.

To create, display and manage your listings and account.

To analyse photo content using AI for description and price suggestions.
To improve the Service, including view and engagement analytics.
To send service notifications and, where required, respond to support requests.

3. AI Processing

When you snap a photo, we use artificial intelligence to analyse the image and generate a suggested title, description, category, condition estimate, and price. This processing is automated; you can review and edit all generated content before publishing a listing.

4. Sharing Your Information

Your contact details (phone/email) are only shown to other users if you choose to include them on a listing. We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Service (for example, cloud storage, analytics, and AI providers) under appropriate data-processing agreements, and where required by law.

5. Data Retention

We keep your account and listing data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your listings at any time. On request, we will delete your account and associated data, subject to legal retention requirements.
